David Bircham is a licensed architectural designer and qualified carpenter and joiner, based in Ōtepoti, Dunedin on the South Island of Aotearoa New Zealand.

Formally the Director of Mustard Construction, David has over 19 years experience ‘on site and on the tools’. He is now engaged solely with design and consent work.

Following on, we can then prepare your plans, building consent application, and resource consent (if applicable) and submit to council.
